The Gold Customer Program offers several special benefits:

• Flexibility on payments: Gold Customer program members are guaranteed the right to settle payments at the end of each calendar month.
• Gold Customer discounts: special discounts are offered to Gold Customer program members depending on volume. Contact us for more details.
• One free English-related query per week: for Gold Customers only, our experienced professional staff is available to answer your English-related questions or offer advice on written English usage, up to one query per week (additional queries may be charged for). This benefit is perfect for those situations where you have a question about an English document, but don't need to have the entire document edited.
• Gold Customer program members are the first to be notified about new services or programs offered by WebEditAsia.

WebEditAsia will offer Gold Customer membership to customers at its sole discretion. In general, customers who do a high volume of business with us over a period of at least several months, with a reliable payment record, will be offered Gold Customer status.
