Payment Methods

WebEditAsia currently accepts payment by several methods: invoice payment, RMB cash payment or wire transfer (T/T). We are developing additional payment methods and ask for customers' patience in this regard.

Payment formalities in China can be complex. We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding payment procedures; you are welcome to contact us by email or telephone. Current customers should use our customer service email:

New customers

New customers have the choice of 2 payment methods:

1) Payment in advance (recommended). WebEditAsia will start work immediately after receipt of payment, and deliver the job immediately when completed. No meeting is required to receive work in this case. New customers may also choose to make advance payments, and draw down this positive balance over several jobs (WebEditAsia will notify customers when their balance is depleted).

2) Payment after work is completed. If new customers wish to pay only after the work is finished, a face-to-face meeting will be arranged when the job is ready; during the meeting, the customer will receive a copy of the completed work (electronic copies or paper copies can be supplied) in exchange for payment. If a face-to-face meeting is not convenient, WebEditAsia can electronically send a small excerpt from the completed job to new customers to allow them to check the quality of the work before payment. When payment is received, WebEditAsia will electronically send the entire completed job to the new customer.

Note: we sincerely apologize to new customers for the inconvenience of the above measures to ensure payment. We regret that these measures are necessary due to the nature of electronic document delivery; if a new customer refused payment after a job was delivered, WebEditAsia would have little recourse. To avoid this inconvenience we strongly suggest that new customers use payment method #1 (payment in advance).

Current WebEditAsia customers

Current customers with a reliable payment record may be offered more flexible payment options. These normally include:

• Payment in advance is not required.
• Bills may be settled at the end of the calendar month.

Gold Customers

Gold Customers are high-volume customers with a reliable payment record; these customers become eligible for several special benefits, including additional flexibility on payment-related issues. WebEditAsia will choose to offer Gold Customer Program membership to selected customers at its sole discretion. For more information, see our Gold Customer Program page.

Notice: WebEditAsia reserves the right to limit the maximum balance a customer may owe without immediate payment being required.
