Suggestions for best quality and fastest service:

  • It is best to submit your documents as plain, unformatted text. This simplifies the editing process and avoids the risk that we will unintentionally alter the formatting you want.

TIP: If you need special formatting for your documents (boldface, italics, tabs, font changes, etc.), we strongly recommend that you format your documents AFTER we have finished with them, not before.

  • Avoid submitting very large documents (more than 500Kb in size). Smaller documents move faster through our work process, which helps us to return your completed job to you more quickly.

TIP: Usually, extremely large documents have high-resolution photo files inserted. If your document requires photos, we suggest that you insert them AFTER we have finished processing your file (you can insert placeholders, such as [photo1], [photo2] etc. to remind yourself where to insert the images later). If the images are necessary for us to understand your document's content (for example, a catalog containing images of different products), we suggest that you reduce the size of the files before inserting them. Most digital cameras nowadays produce images that are far higher-resolution than necessary for typical documents; we recommend you use image editing software such as ACDSee, Adobe Photoshop, or GIMP to reduce your images to no more than 150Kb each. Images of this size are adequate quality for almost all applications.
